***Warning*** Massively Huge File.How to make a dragonball using Photoshop.
It's applicable for 7-CS3, just slightly different menus. Easy enough to figure out.
I was taught how to do this by a lecturer at school. In case anyone is wondering. Yay for learning cool stuff in a boring class.
