I was asked not to go overboard with the effects on this picture. Hopefully it's not too bland.SSJ4 Cell; I just imagine him standing in all his glory within the ruins of a once grand-city, striking an imposing figure before his enemies, gloating over his new-found power. :insert evil chuckle here:
And for the hardcore dbz/gt fans, yes, I am fully aware that Cell doesn't turn into a Super Saiyan or an Oozaruu.
