I've been feeling very Kingdom Hearts-y recently.

The idea behind this one was for me to have shown up out of nowhere and to be offering my hand to help someone that is under attack by Darkside. ...If only I were actually this cool.

I forgot how much I enjoy sketching in the real world. Though digital work is nice, it is great to get back to the drawing pad. I feel much more free when I work with paper and pencil than with my computer for some reason. This was based off a quick sketch from my notebook which was then scanned into the computer and colored with GIMP.

Again, I'm trying out different styles. In this image one I went straight to painting it and tried to use shading and such to create the lines instead of the lineart itself.

I'm terribly torn over the new game, Birth by Sleep, that was made for the PSP since I don't have a PSP or particularly want to buy one for a single game. Maybe I'll just wait for the english version to come out and find someone on YouTube that is obsessed with KH as much as I am that loads all the cutscenes up. Or pull a few extra days at work to get the money for one. In any case, there are still a few months for me to decide.
