Looks like Metal Sonic the real Sonic finally managed to meet up with Amy after seeing her last time quite a while ago. They surely have a lot to discuss, but... she doesn't seem to be too fond of his company! Screams, tries to get away... Surely she's just too excited after seeing the real love of her life, so some ropes might help her calm down UwUThis is totally how heroes should've defeated Neo Metal Sonic in IDW... I mean, he seems to be too occupied to care about world conquest... can't really blame him, too.

Gosh did I leave this pic uncolored and unshaded for a while. I was putting it off because shading Neo like that is quite a chore, but I'm glad to finally show you the result. I hope you like it, cause I surely did enjoy drawing two of my favourite characters together.

Come on Amy! Metal Sonic has those imposing quill/spikes, has a cool decorative metallic design, can fly and can literally transform into a freaking dragon.
Can Sonic do all that? Also Sonic is a total wimp who runs away from his feelings. You need a real proactive alpha male in your life.

Yes, this makes sense. As a plot idea and motivation, it works. Neo Metal Sonic's attitude comes across clearly, and Amy looks so //annoyed//.

I'm surprised no one has taken this concept for this kind of stuff before. Metal Sonic's whole "I am the Real Sonic" Mentality he formed in Heroes, and Amy feels like a missed opportunity.
