Syndicate is selfish, but he's not unintelligent.

This is a throwback to my original idea of having Syndicate discreetly replacing himself with a hologram (presumably not of himself, or a badly drawn one) and hiring Angel and Saturn to control it, but having Plague in the active party prevented that from being 100% effective, and I don't possess the interpersonal communications skills to coordinate Syndicate using a badly drawn imposter. So instead, he's going to carry the hologram generator that was originally going to be his imposter through the portal with him which has a few upgrades to circumvent certain power blocking effects (when used in conjunction with his existing powers) and provides 4G access through any competitor's network (it's so Angel can communicate with it in addition to getting free wi-fi).

There are a few other than Angel and Saturn that are picky about their powers, but she's just being dramatic, I don't think she would like so many people crowding around her monitor telling her what to do.
