He looks much better in this Solatorobo style than that old Sonic the Hedgehog style I used to work in.

Also, characters from this story are higher power tier-wise, since it made for better comedy and interpersonal relationship (and they can take out NPCs faster as well).

Personality:
He is very happy-go-lucky and often spends his time doing fun things (in his opinion). He is also very idiosyncratic and absentminded and will often do things that are unusual and possibly harmful to normal people, including destroying walls to quickly get to a person before he forgets why he needed to talk to them. This also makes him have no real sense of danger, so he will occasionally walk into a fight or heavy traffic without concern to his own safety (occasionally causing Mirror and Tetsu-P to have to smash cars for him). What he says sometimes makes no sense and is repetitive, and he is sometimes not even aware that he says these kinds of things.

Although he has amazing powers, he hardly uses them and is sometimes not even aware that he has them in the first place, preferring to live a life that seems to be "normal" despite all of the wacky problems that arise in his life. He sometimes takes offense at people telling him to consciously use his powers to do something, including fighting. He is also completely oblivious to the allure of females and seems not to understand their advances.

Though he has an excellent temper, he seems to actually be holding it in and will occasionally have violent outbursts, but only when the issue is extraordinary or unexpected. He also gets easily traumatized, but forgets it after a short time.

He wants no one to touch his headband and never takes it off in public. He even wears it while swimming.

Power information:
The powers he wields are related to time and force. Though he supposedly has free use of all of them, he does not have the derivative skills to use them at appropriate times. However, since he does not have a sense of danger, he can guide his friends to attack enemies efficiently rather than allowing to attack his enemies at random.

What he does has a 99% chance of activation if he says something vaguely related to what he wants done (saying "PSI Daikon" will cause a force beam to come out his hands), but if he remains silent, the results of his spells are unpredictable or may have no effect whatsoever.

His healing spells function by duplicating adjacent cells to repair whatever was injured, and takes effect very quickly as opposed to most other healing powers.
