Description I illustrated every major character I had, but I just wrote up some general ideas for each of them.

From left to right, top to bottom:

Magiseeker: No code name difference.
The "main" Magiseeker was originally running out of money when he couldn't find a job. However, the "Otherworld" Magiseeker decided to try industrial sabotage to keep his apartment, and altered the books of his landlord to keep his apartment for free. However, as years passed, the books eventually became so unbalanced that no one could find where the money was leaking out of and why Magiseeker was getting his apartment for free, so Magiseeker escalated the industrial sabotage to the level of Chestnut City to keep his apartment. After a while, the web of lies caused Chestnut City's government to collapse, so Magiseeker evicted every single governmental entity with his powers and decided to run it himself as if he was playing SimCity. Even though he has a lot of power, he must now play SimCity with Chestnut City for the rest of his life, imagining an economy with virtual money and such to maintain order in the city. Although he can also click on natural disasters if anyone doesn't like what he does, but he still has to clean it up afterwards.

Saturn Feline: No code name difference.
Very little difference between him and the original Saturn, but instead of asking for just the gloves and the boots of the stunt suit, he also appropriated a fireproof silver stunt suit. Like the original Saturn, he also refuses to get involved with either side, but only because he disagrees with the fact that heroes have done nothing other than fight for the status quo and it has done little to benefit society, as opposed to his own selfish reasons.

Angelic Kitten: Codenamed "Spiritual Kitten".
Upon receiving the hologram generator, she figured she would use it for good by creating a holographic version of herself, whose appearance eventually evolved into a Gothic Lolita-fashion girl that wore glasses (where she got the idea for that appearance is questionable). (The real her looks exactly like the original one, the illustration is her holographic appearance.) She used it to send holograms into fires and other dangerous situations to rescue bystanders. She kept her real body in safe locations away from the action, but her observation of the situations always determined that people would get injured if they sent their real bodies into battle. She then started to lecture the other heroes that they should not use their real bodies in combat and should send robots in to prevent loss of life, which she has been creating propaganda for. As a result, she has become very disliked in the hero community.

Despair Mistress: Infatuation Mistress.
As members of the Deity race can only exist in one parallel timeline at a time (without causing reality-bending problems), it was the Mistress of Infatuation that took the role of what the Mistress of Despair did in the Otherworld dimension. The Mistress of Infatuation has similar powers to the Mistress of Despair but the way that she activates it is different: she must transform into an incorporeal form and possess others to heal, resurrect, or create body doubles of them. The Mistress of Infatuation is addicted to oxytocin, the love hormone, and will make two people kiss each other for no apparent reason just so she can get a rush of it. To make more people kiss randomly, she tried using "unrequited love" as the emotion for Syndicate's Shadowmist Dragon spell, and ended up creating shadows that possess people and make them make out with the nearest person. Due to the goofy reactions that people ended up with at times, she ended up casting it at guys around yaoi fangirls just to see their reactions.

Y2.1K: Codenamed "Y3K".
After the unfortunate death of their parents, Arrow decided to follow Silence as his right-hand man and brother, since he could not think of any other mature family members to look up to other than their sisters. Because of this, his anxiety did not awaken immediately. When he met Spiritual Kitten, she asked him to pay for some medical treatment, which Arrow innocently did, but Silence was unhappy that Arrow did that without his authorization and scolded him. This caused Arrow's anxiety to emerge and he was so distraught that he ran away but not before stealing loads of Silence's medical equipment. Since all US medical practices are now controlled by Silence, he has been attempting to self-teach himself medicine without success. However, he is well aware of the dangers of X-rays and uses one as his main weapon, which is why he wears layers upon layers of lead vests. Though by doing so it does make him a stealth tank.

Silence: Codenamed "Dr. Ender".
Instead of Silence's parents being hospitalized due to Alzheimer's, his parents were given a bad diagnosis and died as a result of the bad treatment. Silence cryptically shrugged it off when he heard of that, and he invested the family fortune in medical devices. With all of the money, he then started to buy out medical practices of both good and bad doctors, and installed bad doctors as the majority of available doctors, while he permitted good doctors to practice medicine in very expensive medical space, forcing them to raise their prices to fortunes. He wants the "bad" doctors to feel guilt over all of the people they misdiagnosed, and that is why he increases the number of "bad" doctors there are. Because of all of this, he acts like a stereotypical Bond villain and holds a black kitty, which is presumably the Nina of Otherworld. However, this has also made him have no combat capabilities and relies on using guns.

Queen Arvelia: Empress Arvelia.
After the incident where she took over the military and rescued her father, instead of becoming a ruler intent on restoring the glory to her species, she instead decided to take revenge on the humanoids of that sector of space. She told her R&D staff to develop a weapon that would "eliminate species prejudice", which resulted in the development of the Gene Ray within 3 years, a beam capable of turning humans and other humanoids of similar evolutionary process (but not non-humanoids) into the DNA of whichever alien race she fed into it. She armed her Automated Army with Gene Rays and fired them all at the humans of that sector, turning them all into Lyncians painfully and demoralizing them badly. Within a matter of months, the Lyncians had occupied the human planet of that sector and subjected them to being as endangered as the "main" universe's Lyncians. However, she didn't stop there, as she felt that all humans were the same, and had her R&D staff engineer more Gene Rays. She then had her newly named Imperial GTCCI (Galactic Terraforming, Colonization, Combat, and Invasion) Forces hunt down any humanoids of equivalent evolution over the last 11 years. When she found the space/time wormhole from her time and space to Earth, she found the planet and the human natives to be a testament to the discrimination of beastfolk and brought over several warships armed with Gene Rays to make the humans of Earth suffer for their prejudice. This version of her refuses to have bodyguards following her, but her powers are not able to devastate enemies as much, but she has no objection to using guns on her own accord.

Project Cocytus: Codenamed "Project Gabrielle".
The holographic assistant known as "Project Gabrielle" is designed as a holographic real estate agent for a high-rise office tower and can sell buyers office space automatically. When the building itself is threatened, she can transform it into a mech and use it to fight enemies herself.

Fury Raptor: Codenamed "Berserk Raptor".
The TMWX-001 of Otherworld was crafted as an air supremacy fighter. During its test flight, the pilot of the TMWX-001 could not handle the craft and crashed it. Rumors suggest she died, but there is a possibility that she survived and was taken to a black market lab. Because there were no more pilots willing to pilot the TMWX-001, an AI was installed in it instead, which caused it to act like a feral raptor, attacking everything within reach. It then started erratically invoking its prime directive of "protecting the motherland" and engaged any target it deemed hostile. The TMWX-001 was written off the books, known only in certain classified documents as "Berserk Raptor". With its regenerating power source and regenerating energy warheads, it has no need to land or refuel and patrols the sky as a phantom aircraft.

Celeste: Bloodcore.
The ancestor of Celeste, the great red dragon Forneus, decided to elect a different dragon as his mate. This resulted in his descendant being Bloodcore, a male black feral dragon. It has none of the intelligence and weaponry that Celeste has.

Syndicate: The Avatar of the Dragon.
The entity behind Syndicate had created a statue of orichalcum as his vessel in the Otherworld dimension, but he has spent so much time in the "main" dimension that he hasn't had time to use it. Upon hearing that the alignments of characters are reversed there, he abandoned the orichalcum statue of the Avatar of the Dragon and swore never to look at it because it felt painful to look at something that could potentially make him a "good" person. It now lies inanimate, unused by any member of the Deity race.

Astraille: Natasha X of Y.
The dragon girls known as "Natasha X of Y" (X being the serial number, Y being the batch number) are a series of artificial girlfriends created by the Otherworld Sorcerer. They do not feel pain and also regenerate. Other than being a body with a pulse, breathes, and blinks, she does not do anything and is just there as an overly expensive mannequin for Sorcerer to date and dress up. (The fact that she doesn't have eye crests is intentional.)

Sorcerer: Codenamed "Sorcerer the Fox".
The Otherworld Sorcerer, instead of giving all of the money he made to his family, invested it in equipment to construct the Natasha series. As there was no Astraille to request him to fight for her as a mercenary or a tank, he ended up spending most of his time going on dates with his Natashas, and didn't develop his Gravity Gloves to the point that they could pull space junk in from the sky. Since he now spends all of his time devoted to his artificial girlfriends, his prices for mercenary work and inventing are priced far higher than his "main" counterpart.

Linallia: The Archbishop of Hunger.
The goddess of love didn't create a priestess for herself in Otherworld, but the god of hunger did, which was a male pink dragon not unlike Linallia. Like Linallia, he looks very innocuous and optimistic, but in truth, his motives are extremely sinister: he cooks food with the most unhealthy ingredients to lower people's health until they all turn into big fatsos from Super Size Me.

Landscape: Codenamed "Landshark".
In the main timeline, Landscape looked to Blinkie (as Dr. Pearfield) for advice on how his powers functioned. However, without Blinkie's advice, he had to experiment with his powers and he ended up discovering that he could also manipulate his tangibility. This caused him to become a thief, and he started to steal things by phasing through all of the security measures just to disarm the security from the inside and to steal things for money. He then used his ill-gotten money to become a loan shark and named his business "Landshark Loan Express". However, he still enjoys being a burglar and decided to wear a mask to prevent others from seeing who he really was. Unfortunately, since he was a giraffe, there weren't very many that could fit his nose, so he had to make do with a funny horse head mask.

Templar of Despair: The Persona of Despair.
The man that became the Persona of Despair was on the camera crew while filming the TMWX-001 because he liked the pilot. When the TMWX-001 crashed, he rushed toward it to try and rescue the pilot, but one of the warheads exploded in his face, blowing his head off instantly. By sheer will, he remained in the world as a ghost with 1% of his organic matter remaining, as long as he had unfinished business. However, since he still had organic matter in him, it caused him to transform his organic form into a creature based on the subconscious karmic aura of people when he floated near them. Though the bodies randomly changed form, he learned how to use them in combat and for infiltration. He can also possess people as a ghost. Though he has searched for a year, he has still not found the pilot of the TMWX-001, and must wander endlessly as a ghost until he finds her.

The Pale Horsewoman: Codenamed "Sans Seraph".
The nameless horsewoman in the Otherworld dimension was also a commando for hire with her Corruption Aura, allowing her to take the blame for any crime without any repercussions. However, after being a scapegoat for one of her clients, she discovered that they were impoverished and did it out of desperation. As she could take the blame for crimes without repercussion, she decided instead to use her Corruption Aura for financial gain and started raiding corrupt businesses like Robin Hood, though she kept some of the money for herself. This version of her uses her swords more than her guns.

The White Horsewoman: Codenamed "The Healthy Horsewoman".
The White Horsewoman's father in the "main" dimension was an USAMRIID doctor who was captured in combat and lost his memory. In the Otherworld timeline, her father was instead shot in the leg and discharged, allowing him to spend more time with her. When the misunderstanding about her level design occurred, her father cleared it up for her, and she continued with her life normally, but the use of her powers did not suffer any perversion and she was only able to use them for general healing. While in college, she was working in the lab when a chemical explosion scarred the left side of her face. But she was more emotionally mature when it occurred, so she didn't suffer any psychological damage and brushed it off. She has been slowly healing it.

CrimsonMane78: Nightmare 666.
While she was doing a performance, the pyrotechnics fired unexpectedly and blew up in her face, presumably killing her, although it is rumored one of her fans kept her in stasis like Snow White. After this incident, an animatronic in storage in the convention center came to life, searching for the stagehand that had wronged CrimsonMane78, although they only knew that they worked for the convention center. This animatronic was a nightmare with a serial number ending in 666... leading to the animatronic being dubbed "Nightmare 666".
