I think Dark Raven Productions is suggesting Davros is the Emperor Dalek in this image, thou that would technically be wrong, since Davros was never inside that version of the Emperor Dalek, only the later white and gold Imperial Emperor Dalek from 1988's 'Remembrance of the Daleks' as we all know for those of us who are very familiar with that story and that version of an Emperor Dalek. The version shown here is based off the original concept from the 1960's Dalek comic-strips.

Nope he is in the background you can see his head above the medical dalek
