Well, still, you've inspired me to put rule 63 into practice

You know, fun story. Your 63 Shaco inspired a friend and me to 63 every LoL champion. Then we realized we're both really lazy and the project never really got off the ground (I still have 63 mundo, ryze, and singed in various stages of "I'm not going to finish this". My friend has at least Shaco twins and Blitz mecha.)
Anyway, for this picture, I wish you had gotten a bit more texture on the arms and legs (especially the legs). The flowers make the legs look even more plain and unfinished than they are. Her throwing arm could use some darker line to define the fingers a bit more. Overall, I think you have too many "glow" effects going on, they're all competing for attention. Killing the glow and lowering the intensity/saturation of the leg flowers would probably help focus the eye a bit more.
Overall, it looks pretty sweet. Keep on 63'ing, I enjoy these
