When it gets down to the basics, Helena and Ericka are really two sides of the same coin. Both are idealized muses of some sort for me, both representing two different things. But to explain all of that would cause this description to get really big really fast. I really do enjoy working with Helena's human form though.
Anyway, I'm still trying to figure out how this lighting and lining method is going to work. I absolutely love what it's doing for the hairs I've been working with, but I'm still feeling like it needs some improvement with skin.

They're allowed to express whatever opinion they want.
If they find my work disgusting and repulsive, then that's allowed. Once it's uploaded into a large public space, whatever I say about the work is no longer the sole authority on how people interpret it.

That's fine; nobody is obligated to like my work or agree with what I have to say. I did upload this onto a public website, and she is part of the public. It's fine to think of this picture as disgusting, Helena isn't a real person and if she was, she probably wouldn't care as much as I don't care. Especially since it's a comment that was made over a month ago, and honestly, it's kind of a relief to have something other than a bunch of "sexeh" comments coming from desperate dudes... Especially ironic over a character who caused me much grief with a creepy RP stalker back in the late 2000s/early 2010s.
