A rather big commission for hotfatmorphs ...It's Fetish Art! It's a Comic Panel! It's a Crossover! And it was a big mess that I fear I would never get done!
To cut to the chase, because of all the new Crash Bandicoot games to appear recently, Sonic's is not too happy about some other mascot with attitude stealing his spotlight... Given Sonic has seen some uh, "better days" these days (Metaphorically and Literally). Of course, running a chili-dog stand with one of the most popular skeletons (who shares a name with one of the BEST FONTS EVER) might have not been a good idea to make Crash into Sonic's personal punching bag... BECAUSE HOW WILL ANYONE MAKE THE MUNS?
I admit that I really felt a bit unmotivated to do this because I never played a Crash game ever, I don't take Sonic that seriously to begin with, and well, I would hope that throwing something from Undertale into the mix would make things a bit better, but I'm a not one of those nutty Sans fanboys... But hopefully you like the commission, and I really wished I put a bit more effort into it.

I've never played a Crash game in my life... This was something someone paid me to draw for them.
But as far as Sonic and Undertale fandoms go? They're just as weird and bizarre too. In fact, it's easier to try and find a halfway sane fandom that it is to find one that isn't full of crazies.

I guess it depends on what side of the fandom you see. Some fandoms can be really nice and appreciative on one side, while on the other it's like walking down a dark alley with all the bad fanfictions and fetish arts you can find on the series. I guess I'm meant to develop a rough skin to those sorts of things but it kinda hits home when it's a character I really like

Personally, I feel like it's easier to ignore some of the crazier portions of a fandom if there's a means to draw you into something else within the work. For instance, you can blow of all the bad fetish work if the original work has a really good story or setting to follow.
As for this picture, to be honest, I don't feel like it's a "fetish" piece so much as a "mocking" piece, even if the guy who paid me likes the character. And I don't really like mocking things directly or personally attacking a person or specific character. Especially something I don't really have much of a clue about.

In terms of facial structure probably about the same because of how I seem to push things closer to androgynous form, but with body type it will greatly vary.
