I choose riley. my character is Samantha,7 year old girl, strawberry blonde hair, hazel eyes and pale skin.Size of your thumb and i have a dark blue hooded cloak on. .))
I watch as the door opens...so many things go through my mind...but none of the thoughts where about a GIANT parent. When I saw him i take a step back."y...your really really big ...."I say looking up and up. I soon fall onto my butt. " a..am.I at the r.right p..place m.mr..?" I ask still nervous and slightly frightened of the giant man.

Riley cringed, reaching forward to help you up with a small smile. "...yes, I think you are...you're...Samantha, aren't you?" He asked softly. "The little seven-year-old girl I adopted...?"

"y..yes.. i..im Samantha " i say nervously as you reach for me. "Are you reallly my n..new dad?"i ask .i still couldnt believe i was adopted by a giant.. and the orphanage never told me!?

Maddie's blue eyes widened in shock as she backed away, not knowing what to say, her voice low, the only thing she could do was stutter. The 15 year old took a step back from the giant's hand, her heart pounding in her chest as she stared up at Riley, unable to believe this. She had to be dreaming, it had seemed to good to be true that she had finally been adopted. Her red hair was falling over the top of her slightly pointed ears that had two rings hanging from the lobes. Her freckled cheeks were pale.
Part of her wanted to run, but she knew she wasn't a good runner at the best of times and looking at his size he wouldn't really have to do much to either outrun her or catch her. And what if she did try running, would he attack? She doubted it, if he had adopted her, but she still didn't want to take the risk so stood rooted to the spot.
"O-Oh my god..." She whispered, slowly moving her red rimmed glasses up her nose, as if seeing him in better focus would change the fact that he looked huge. "Y-you're the one who's ad-adopted me?" She asked, her voice little more than a quiet squeak. She had thought it a little odd that she hadn't met her adopter in the first place before actually being adopted, but she could understand a little more now why exactly that was the case.

Vesper stared in silence, mouth slightly open in shock. It couldn't be true, it had to be a mistake. They must have meant some other kid. Not her. They wouldn't put her in this situation, would they? Was this because of her 'gift'? She knew some of the other kids could be nervous of her because of what she could do, but surely they wouldn't put her in this type of situation.
She closed her mouth, gritting her teeth to force herself to be silent. She couldn't risk her voice right now, she couldn't be sure she could keep control. She wanted to run, but she couldn't seem to move. And when she did finally manage to free herself from how her legs were stiff, they simply gave out, causing her to drop to the ground in a more-or-less sitting position. She doubted she'd be able to stand again all that soon.

I looked up at the giant hesitantly. A giant, right in front of me, my new father! My emotions were mixed, should I be excited or scared? I guess fear took over, because I backed away a few steps, "A - are you? M-my n-new d-d-dad?"

"I - I'm Mya..." My blue eyes showed fear as I looked down, "you're... b-b-big."

He chuckled, offering his hand again. "...I may be big...but I'll never hurt you, Mya..."

I flinched a bit as his hand was offered but still walked forward a bit, "You... you won't? "

He lifted her slowly and hugged her gently. "I know~"

I smiled a bit, "Whats... it like being a giant?" I asked out of complete curiosity.

"Uh..." Tommy looked up at the giant, hesitating. "Are you my new dad?" he asked at last.

Riley seemed to relax a bit, smiling weakly. "I should hope so~ You're Tommy, right?" He asked, his hand still out and offered to the boy

Tommy nodded, climbing onto Riley's hand at last. "Yup!"

Riley chuckled. "That's good~ You seemed surprised...didn't they tell you who adopted you?"

Tommy shook his head. "Nuh-uh," he said. "They didn't."

He groaned. "Oh, of course they didn't...I told them to tell you so you'd have a heads' up...apparently they took that as 'let the kid find out himself.'"

"Nope," Tommy said. "They didn't tell me you were this big!"

He smiled softly. "Nothing we can do about that now..."

Tommy nodded, repeating it with an addition. "Daddy Riley," he said.

Tommy tipped his head to the side. "I can't call you Daddy Riley?" he asked.

He chuckled. "Well, alright then. Wanna come inside?"

The little boy nodded again, eagerly. "Yes!" he said.

He smiled, standing slowly once curling his fingers gently around the boy, also gathering the boy's bags

"What's your house like?" Tommy asked. "Are you and me the only ones living here?"

He chuckled. "Well, yeah...we're the only ones TECHNICALLY living here, but I have friends that come over sometimes."

"What are they like?" Tommy asked. "Are they as tall as you, Daddy Riley?"

Riley chuckled. "Just about, give or take a few inches..."

He smiled. "But they're nice...well, one of them is. The other likes to drive me insane..."

Tommy looked up at him in amazement, head tilted to the side a little. "Are they coming over?"

He nodded. "Sometime, I suppose...they just drop in randomly...it's hard to time it..."

"Okay." Tommy looked over the edge of Riley's hand at the floor down below. "Which room are we in, Daddy Riley?"
