Description
I decided to give my older/rarely used characters some love~! Here are the age ranges you can choose from--the children and SOME teens obviously will have parents, but the adults (or those old enough to technically be adults/live alone will be considered adults) will be on their own.Kids (with families) : Raymond
Teens (with families) : Elijah , AJ , Fender , Jaylen
Teens (on their own) : Travis , Blake , Luan , Danny 'R' Anderson , Ashton , Ade , Valra
Adults (on their own) : Elton , Zakaru , Me (goth version) , Efren , Wesley Toruske (ages 18-27)
**NOTE** NO ONE WILL HAVE THEIR POWERS OR UNUSUAL BACKGROUNDS. Travis and so on won't have powers, Raymond won't have a monster, Fender will be only human, same with Valra, Wesley will be human too, etc. But, debating on if I should let Zakaru keep his powers or not...

He stopped just as he exited the doorway, and looked back. he peek from behind the door frame. "Liar." he said.

Elijah shook his head, shifting to lie back down again, closing his eyes. "...I'm not lying...if you want something, go on and take it...chances are I have too many things that I don't know what to do with..."

Nathaniel blinked a few times, slowly making his way back to the button. He picked it up, his eyes darting suspiciously back to the bean every few moments.

Elijah's eyes were closed, and as Nathaniel looked he shifted so his back was to the nightstand, facing away from the borrower

He looked honestly shocked. "um... thanks... I guess." He said, getting down and leaving with his haul.

Elijah smiled softly. "...whatever you need...you're welcome to have..."

His eyes widened, but he didn;t responded, just scurrying on home.

Elijah smiled, slipping into sleep and waking with a yawn and stretch the next morning

Meanwhile, Nathaniel was asleep in his home in the wall, his habit being to sleep during the day and borrow at night.

Elijah got up, making breakfast for himself before grabbing his bag to go to school

As he walked out, he would see the entrance to Nathaniel's home out of his peripheral vision. Seems he had been so shaken last night he hadn't hidden it properly.

Elijah paused a bit, then had an idea, opening a banana and putting some in front of the entrance, hoping the borrower wouldn't mind the food

Later that day, Nathaniel stepped out and walked right into the banana. "Whoa..." He mumbled. He had a fairly good idea who had put this here.

The banana looked in fairly good condition, and hadn't started to rot yet. The clock chimed two, meaning the borrower had one hour before Elijah got back

Nathaniel wasn't one to let good food go to waste, which was the only reason he accepted the gift. Or so he told himself, anyway. He glanced at the clock deciding to have a chat with the bean when he got back.

Eventually, three rolled around, and at three minutes past, Elijah let himself in, putting his bag down in his room before going to the kitchen to get a snack, his normal after-school routine

Nathaniel saw him come in and, makings ure he was alone, he ade his way tot he kitchen counter and whistled to get his attention.

Elijah paused, grabbing a granola bar as he heard the whistle, turning to see Nathaniel before smiling. "Hey."

"Hi." He said. "Um... thanks for the banana, this morning."

Elijah smiled. "No problem. I wanted to make sure you eat."

He nodded, still trying to figure him out. "My um... my names Nathaniel, by the way."

He smiled. "...I'm Elijah."

"nice to meet you." He said, "um... why didn;t you try to catch me?" he asked bluntly.

Elijah tilted his head. "Why would I want to catch you?"

He shrugged. "That's just what beans do, i guess."

"Beans?" Elijah asked, confused

"yeah, human beans." he said. "Isn;t tht what you're called?"

Elijah smiled, amused. "It's close...but...actually, we're human beings."

Nathaniel blinked a few times. "That makes... a lot more sense." He said.

"Anyway, we al just assume humans will catch us and cut us up if they knew we existed."

He frowned. "What? That's awful!"

He flinched. "Sorry..."

"I-it's okay...who taught you that?"

He shrugged. "it's pretty much something ingrained at birth."

He sighed softly. "That's awful..."

He shrugged. "Well, can you blame us for being scared?"

He shook his head. "No."

"Exactly." He said with a sigh. "You're the exception, not the rule."

He nodded, smiling. "Okay."

He gave a slight smile back. "So um...guess I should get this out of the way, sorry if I've ever borrowed anything of yours."
