Jay smiled a bit, glad it hadn't taken that much to talk him into getting up. "T-thank you master... Uh... B-breakfast should be just about ready now.." He replied.

He nodded, then yawned. "Alright...wanna come with me...?"

Jay awkwardly put his hands behind his back and glanced down at the ground, slowly rocking himself back and forth on his heels and the balls of his feet. "U-um... Well... I-I kind of have to, Sir..." He replied. "I-I help the others clean your dishes w-when your done using them..."

He smiled softly, offering a hand to the boy. "Come on, then..." He said, looking at the time briefly. It'd only been two minutes after he'd woken up...it felt like longer than that...

Jay glanced up at his master's open hand, nodding his head before obediently climbing onto it.

He smiled, bringing Jay closer to his chest, walking into the kitchen

Jay remained quite as his master walked them to the kitchen, looking down at his feet and interlocking his hands in front of him, waiting patiently.

He stroked the human's hair gently, putting him down on the counter. "Here we are~"

Jay looked up and smiled at his master slightly, bowing his head in response. "Th-thank you Master." He said, before excusing himself and leaving for the time being as the other servants started coming in with the giant's breakfast.

He nodded, looking down at the servants brought his breakfast, thinking. Maybe he could help the little guys out and wash his own plate today...it really wasn't that much work, three extra minutes of his time, then he'd be practicing like usual...

(you know, I honestly completely forgot about this one. I had to look back to remember what the heck was going on. We didn't get very far in it it seems. You're lucky I've got about 12-ish more minutes free time left and that I'm in an rp-ey type mood. Internet get's cut off at 11 now, cuz of my dad in case you were wondering.)
Jay went to help the other servants finish cleaning the utensils they used to prepare their master's breakfast while Falker was eating. Once they were finished with that, they returned to the counter to retrieve Falker's plate, not knowing he was planning to clean it himself.

Falker had just finished his breakfast when he noticed the slaves coming back, quickly shaking his head as he picked the plate and fork up. "No, I can clean this one...go about your duties as usual." He said with one of his rare smiles, heading to the kitchen sink

The servants were a bit surprised by their master's actions, they were rarely given the opportunity to skip over one of their chores before, not not only that, but their master actually SMILED, another rare thing to be given to them. Bowing their heads appreciatively, the slaves set off to wherever their next jobs required them.
Unlike the others however, Jay followed after his master because his next task involved flipping the pages of his master's sheet music while he practiced. So he'd need to wait for Falker himself before he could do that task.

He chuckled, grabbing the scrubber in the kitchen and washing his plate and fork fairly quick, glancing over at Jay. "...hey, I'm thinking about just winging it when it comes to my practice today...got any song requests?" He asked, tilting his head a bit as he looked down at Jay. Obviously, their master was in a very good mood today...but why?

Jay watched his master as he scrubbed the dishes with ease. Looking up when he was given the question. "U-um... G-Guren no Yumiya a-always sounds cool when you play it... S-so maybe that one..?" The slave replied. He had taken note of this upbeat attitude, but he decided not to ask about it, not really sure of what kind of answer he'd receive.

He grinned. "Heh, alright~" He said, drying his hands once putting the dishes in the drying rack and offering a hand to the boy to climb onto. "Come on~ I know that song pretty much by heart, no paper required...although, glad you like when I play it~"

Jay smiled slightly at his master's reply. "O-of course, master" He replied, climbing onto the giant's hand. "I-I like a lot of the songs y-you play... T-this one's just one of my t-top twenty..."

He blinked, surprised as he looked down at Jay. "...you actually like my music...?"

The tiny slave nodded, "Mh-hm.." he replied. "T-that's one of the reasons I-I volunteered to help you p-practice."

He smiled, ruffling the tiny's hair. "...thanks. It's nice to hear someone say that..."

Jay chuckled a bit as his master ruffled his hair. "Y-you're welcome master." He responded. "But... Does that mean you d-don't get that comment from o-other giants too often...?" The servant asked.

He shook his head. "...not really, no...I don't have many friends, and it feels weird just doing it in public...even when I have every opportunity to sit on a bench and just play..."

"S-so... No one's really heard you play e-except me and the other servants...?" Jay said. "A-are you worried no one will like it...?" He asked. "You really shouldn't be, M-master... Y-you're really good... Honest.."

He sighed. "...I don't know what it is...I mean...I just get scared and...don't want to embarrass myself, I guess...it's not that big a deal...besides...no one outside you guys pays any attention to me anyway..."

"Mmh..." Jay wasn't sure how to reply to that... Technically one of the reasons he and the other slaves payed attention to their master was because they kinda had to... But at the same time, it wasn't something they dreaded doing... However Jay didn't know how to say that into words that wouldn't make it sound rude... "W-well... I wish I could go out there with you a-and tell you something like.. 'P-pretend like n-no one else is there a-and that you're only p-playing to me..' b-but I have to help a lot of the other servants w-with the other chores w-we always have to do everyday..."

He nodded, then frowned softly. "...pretty much all I do all day is sit around playing my guitar...what if I help you guys for once? We can have more outings that way, with nothing to worry about when we get home...I know that I sometimes take one or two of you guys on a grocery store trip, but...I dunno, I think it'd be nice doing something with everyone..."

"The help w-would be very much appreciated, master" Jay replied with a small bow. "B-but that's not a question we can answer.. Y-you're the boss a-after all. S-so it's you're choice what you decide to do with us.." He was keeping his speech respectable, but inside, he was squealing with excitement at the idea of having a free day off with the other servants and his master. From the whole time he had served Falker, this type of opportunity seemed to be one of those 'once in a blue moon' kind of things. And he was very much looking forward to it, but part of him was also hoping he wasn't just kidding about this idea just to get their hopes up... But their master wouldn't do that... right...?

He smiled softly. "...what all do you guys have to do? I can help around today, and hopefully we can have an outing in a couple days, when it's Sunday and we'll have the entire day to just do whatever..." He said, not knowing how much excitement Jay was hiding from him. Falkor himself was also getting excited. When was the last time he'd done actual WORK around his house?

A couple days... Not what he was hoping, but from what it sounded like, his master was probably stamping his definite approval of that date, which was able to keep him clinging to the hope of some free time. "Uh well... M-most of it is just cleaning... since that takes us a w-while due to our size... Um... W-we also have to m-make your bed... P-prepare your lunch and dinner... A-and setting up your bath..." The tiny slave replied.

He nodded. "Cleaning...alright. I know where my duster is, I can dust the shelves and clean the bathroom...I also think I'll start making my own lunches and dinners...as well as yours...you've all served me well the past years, now it's my turn to show you how much I appreciate it."

"O-oh. You don't have to do a-all that, Master..." Jay replied, surprised with the idea of his master doing any of the chores he assigned to them for years. "A-a single day off is more t-then we would ever dare a-ask for. Y-you don't need to start taking over s-some of our daily chores too.."

Falkor smirked softly. "...but what if I WANTED to?" He asked, then frowned. "...huh...I haven't given any of you a day off since I've gotten you...have I?"

"U-uh... W-well... W-we can't really do anything t-to stop you... B-but.. W-we're so used to doing those chores, i-it'd mess with our schedules.. a-and it would take us a w-while to adapt... Uh... B-but I p-probably shouldn't just speak for t-the whole group... I-I would recommend t-talking to them about this a-as well..." Jay replied. At the second question, he awkwardly scratched at the back of his head. "U-um... N-not really... no..." He said, looking down at his feet.

He sighed, shaking his head. "Where the hell have I been the past few years? Alright, when I've practiced an hour or so, would you mind getting the other servants and having them meet me in the living room to talk about the scheduling changes and the upcoming trip?"

He smiled. "Perfect." He said, entering his room and putting Jay down on the nightstand as he got his guitar

Jay smiled back up at him sheepishly and once he was placed down on the nightstand, the tiny servant waited patiently until his master was all set up to start practice.

Falkor sat on his bed, tweaking his guitar until he got the right cords needed, strumming softly as a warm-up

The slave remained quiet, sitting down to get comfortable while his master started warming up. He always found it interesting when Falkor played his guitar, not quite fully understanding how it worked, but enjoyed the way it sounded.

He smiled, looking at his slave once he was warmed up. "Now, what song do you want me to play?"

"Oh, um... W-whatever you want to play is fine Master." Jay replied. "All the s-songs you play sound excellent to me.." He had already suggested a song before, but figured his master forgot since he was preoccupied by their other discussion, but he decided not to mention that. Besides, he was very honest with the statement that he enjoyed all of his master's music. So it really didn't matter what he played.

Falkor nodded, strumming absently before suddenly realizing..."Hey, I almost forgot the song you requested earlier." He said, smirking before looking over to Jay. "You wanted Guren no Yumiya, right?" He asked, tilting his head a bit

"Hmm?" The tiny slave flinched a bit when he realized he was being addressed to again. "O-oh.. Uh, y-yes... T-that's correct Master." He replied with a nod.

He grinned a bit, nodding before getting himself into the mindset before starting to play it. "This is one of my favorite songs."

Jay smiled a bit, sheepishly. "I-I’m glad you think so." He replied, listening to the fast beat of the music and watching his Master’s quick fingers on the guitar strings.

He smiled. "...I learned this song from an anime I like, actually...maybe I can show it to you sometime, but you might not like it as much as I do."

"Well... I-I'd have to see it for myself to judge w-whether I would like this.. anime thing or not... B-but sure. I wouldn't mind seeing it with you whenever you have time, Master." Jay replied with a nod.

He smiled a bit. "I think you'll like it...why don't I show you a bit right now?" He asked, reaching for the TV remote

He hesitated slightly, then shrugged. "There's always tomorrow." He said, turning on the TV and going to Netflix
