The mysterious wombat finally makes an appearance...
It's about time I show you all what Ashworth the Wombat is really all about! Well actually I'll let him do the entertaining.
His scar on the back has some unique history behind it for those who are curious...
Thanks to everyone who had entered into the "You Be The Comic Artist" contest! All entries received so far have been amazing. You guys are really a talented and dedicated bunch! *thumbs up*

I'm very proud on the improvement of my skills with sequential art!
It's a lot of fun narrating this exciting scenario where an emu meets wombat... Both in the story are destined to live up to their goals seeking grand fortune in the vast universe that is Gloreya. 
Once again do not be afraid to point out any grammer/spelling errors or any artistic faults like a missing hand or misplaced object in the background! LOL! XD *thumbs up*

Ha ha! I loved the Alddin's Genie! He was so cool and unpredictable - in a most hilarious way! I won't forget how the creators where able to shape him in any form possible to make the situation even more crazier - like "POUUF" he's a police officer and "POUFF" he's a janitor the next! XXD
And that's something I'd like to try with Ashworth (minus the ability to change clothes and professions and such! XXD But I want to depict him of his unpredictable nature through his emotions, attitude and personality.

To tell the truth, I thought that Ashworth would be that kind of character who is serious and grumpy but actually has a heart of gold... Well, maybe is all those things and also a bit crazy!

Had a read trough all the pages now, they all look sooooooooooo goooooooooooood. Well the lines have a great quallety to them and the letra toners have been used incredibly well and suits the style. There are some minor thigs here and there that could be changed, but the things are so meinute (hope I spelled that correctly) that there is no point to go into them.

And I have always apriciated geting crituqe on my work good or bad. Geting one form of feed back implies to me that what ever you made it was good enought for someone to take their time and look at it.
Esepen is all right, he has been way more acctive in useing DA than me the last couple of years. You should have a look on his archive he has some good work there.

P.S: Hope that you forgive me about that IΒ΄m going to say next, but please, be careful with AshworthΒ΄s personality. Is important to not make him to act like Luffy too many times, it can get you into trouble....

Nah nah it's all good. You can tell me what you think of Ashworth or any of my characters - the fact is it won't change the way I want them to be - and that's something I reckon is one of the most important things about an artist who believes in their series. Sounds egotistical but it's a lesson learnt from my friend who is having similar goals of making it big one day (but he makes music instead making cartoons).
I hope that your opinion on this Luffy comparison is not of someone else's influence. That just jumped out all of a sudden in my opinion, I don't remember you knowing much about ONE PIECE...
Let you tell you this Ana. Natsu's personality and attitude is almost like a carbon copy of Luffy's. And for some reason it works for the readers and fans of the series. The only difference is Natsu's weak with transport and Luffy is scared of water. These small important differences is what distinguishes between the two.
Do you see where I'm coming from?
It's something I've learnt from reading over serveral different successful manga/comic books and graphic novels titles with heroes who inspires the reader - just like myself.
We all need a hero who speaks loud and stands strong for the weak. It's a custom in shonen type manga.
I wonder how Hopeless and Woundless will differ...?
