Description
The third rider of the Jigen Era (well, not yet), Zeimaru! Since Zeimaru is in Zi-O's world, I made him with a retooled suits for now.

Character
Haruya Tatsuki (竜樹春夜 Tatsuki Haruya) is Kamen Rider Zeimaru (仮面ライダー勢丸 Kamen Raidā Zeimaru). He is a martial arts student who trains at the Tatsuki Dojo, which also is his home. He takes on evil spirits called "Monokai" (物怪 Monokai) that spread themselves all over the city and possessing people's malevolent intentions. To obtain the Eto Driver, Haruya needed to prove himself to his teacher/father that he is ready to use it.

- Dragon Gomulet: This talisman enhance the user the strength of a dragon, allows Zeimaru to transform into his rider form.

Powers & Abilities
Dragon Ability: Zeimaru is wielded with the Gouryuken (強竜剣 Gōryūken, lit. Strong Dragon Sword) to use flaming attacks. When using the Dragon Gomulet, Zeimaru is enhanced with the strength of the dragon.
Tatsumaki Giri (竜巻切り Tornado Slash): Zeimaru can summon the green tornado to lift his targets in mid-air.
Kaen Iki (火炎息 Flaming Breath): Zeimaru can fires a stream of flame from his hand.

Hissatsu Ninpou! Ryu no Jutsu!
Zeimaru summoned the green energy dragon. As the dragon flies around Zeimaru, it follows in the path of his swings, ending with a powerful slash.

Etymology
- The characters of Zeimaru's name mean "energy" (勢 zei) and "circle" (丸 maru) respectively.
- "Gomulet" is the combination of the Japanese word for "five" (五 go) and "amulet".
- The number five is the reference to "Wu Xing" where the zodiacs bears their elemental signs.
