Dark/Psychic/Flying
weak to electric, bug, rock, ice, and Fairy 
resists ghost, x1/4Fighting, grass, dark, and flying
immune to psychic and ground

My rating: This Pokémon is balanced with five resistances countering five weaknesses. And it's weaknesses and resistances are also a balanced mix of physical and special attack types. Because  most of its weaknesses are special attackers, I would recommend EV training in Special Defense and HP so it could hold its own against electric and fairy which can do serious special attack damage as well as rock's physical attack damage.
