Really great work on this! I love the smoke effect, the composition, the colors, the poses...the ONLY thing that bugs me is the fact that Perry's got colored lineart while Darkwing's got solid black lineart (which fits in with both their shows' styles, but looks a little odd when juxtaposed against each other, at least to my eyes), but that's seriously it.

I was debating on making DW colored outline, or Perry black...but i wanted to give it more of a "WOW. This guy is so bright and foreign compared to Darkwing's world. You can tel he jumped dimensions" feel to it.
I can understand why you think it visually looks weird. But I just wanted to say that was what I was going for. XD

I think it was one of the few Saturday-morning cartoons I really liked at the time.
