Description
This started with me wanting to draw Peg Leg Pete from Mickey's Three Musketeers... and then something went HORRIBLY wrong. And that was when my brain went "I have no idea what to draw. When in doubt, pinup it out!"Related content

Now I hope that's what he's doing. Posing for somebody to paint his portrait so he'll have something to hang up IN HIS NEW CASTLE when he becomes king.

Right? I used to watch the Three Musketeers all the time when I was a lot younger, but I never really appreciated each characters roles enough. Now I love each part played, but Pete is the bomb.

I'll be honest with you... I pretty much love every character BUT Mickey Mouse. And it's mostly because over the years Disney has been making him more of a nice goody goody-- taking away every negative trait. So most of the time when I see something with him in it I groan. BUT, the Tree Musketeers has like some of my favorite characterizations of him and ALL the characters. It does a great job expanding their characters. It actually made Mickey likable to me again.

I totally understand, every character can't be perfect, they've got to have flaws. Mickey does appear to have that characteristic shown a lot, however it does show in the new Mickey Mouse Shorts that he doesn't always have his way, which in my opinion, made him more relatable, y'know?

Oh no, I agree! Which is why I LOVE the new Mickey Mouse shorts. Not only does it go back to their roots with style, but in characterization. Mickey used to be able to screw up JUST as much as Donald and Goofy back in the day. He made mistakes. But what made him likable was that despite this he tried harder and harder to get it right the next time he tried.

I totally feel the same way, it's always good to see the nice characters in bad situations, but they still decide to not give up and keep trying again no matter what it takes.
Well, I kind of have to go offline at the moment, but this small conversation has been fun! Maybe we should talk more often.

I'm going to assume you mean 'Three Musketeers' fandom. And I did not know that was even a fandom, BUT ROCK ON! You should totally go back to it.

I LOVE Pete! Well, to be honest, I love pretty much have a soft spot for Disney's original characters in general. BUT PETE IS THE BOMB! And in the Three Musketeers everything he said and did was golden.
