Description
The Brave Little Toaster - Lampy, Radio, Blankey, and the Master...Why was I compelled to do this? This just became an impulse that I needed to do. Originally it was just a sketch of Lampy/Radio. Then it sorta... grew.
Oh well. Those sort of things happen sometimes.

Awesome drawing Darkwing, no need to explain your reasoning for drawing this, I honestly feel like this scene HAD to be drawn by someone. We never really saw hardly any of the main character's lives before the movie outside of the small flashbacks.. it's actually really cool to see what their original lives were like back in the day. : )

thank you. I imagine they were all very happy back when the master was around. Everything was perfect for them. they felt needed and loved. And I'm sure they all had a fondness for each other. but when they were left for so long, arguments occurred and they all started to drift apart.

It was there, maaaan, it was there. And we already know that the creators hinted towards homosexuality with Lampy talking about Blankey/Toaster. (It was technically an animation for young adults, not kids.)

Anywhooo, thank you! yeah, I've been getting strange impulses to do BTL art. I've always had a special fondness for movies about inanimate objects. XD
Actually, I think it was made by a different company. But Disney distributed it. so I just lumped it in Disney, since I think Disney made the sequels. It gets complicated. LOL
Yeah, I'm used to most of my pairings getting little to no fanfiction. It's the same with Cogsworth/Lumiere and Fillmore/Sarge. But at least there ARE stories for those. I just think people don't like writing romance between things that are appliances and such. XD

Me too. I have never been so much of a Disney Princess -girl, as a child my sister was always the one playing with Belle dolls while I fancied about Cogsworth and Lumiere. Inanimate objects are... well, so INTERESTING IN MANY WAYS. That's also one of the reasons to my fondness to living vehicles, puppets, scarecrows and snowmen. >8DDD
Oh, and I thought it was made by Disney, not as a Disney Classic, but as an animated feature like Goofy Movie, Ducktales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp, et c. Mainly because of the animation style that somehow reminded me of Pixar. O___O
Another thing I agree. A Lampy/Radio fic would be so awesome to read, but maybe living appliances are too hard to write about to some writers. (ESPECIALLY if the fic has to be M rated XD)

I can't hate Blankey. I think the fact he was actually a child performer makes me want to stick up for him, when the other characters kept calling him a baby and being a douche. It was making my maternal grizzly bear side kick in and want to kick some ass. XD
i want some Lampy/Radio fanfiction! I was actually upset (but not surprised) when I saw there was none on FF.net. And yeah, I think love-hate works for them. It makes for an interesting relationship, I say.

It's funny, because the cuteness was randomly added. The naughtiness was what started it all.
I figured if I was going to add the Master in the BG, then I'd HAVE to add Blankey. Blankey, I think, loved the Master the most. If not that...he depended on master the most. so I figured Blankey probably rarely left his side.
I wouldn't mind giving Kirby a shot. I really really liked him too. I'll just have to come up with an idea.

Awwww. It was cute the way it was... and now it has extra d'awwww-ness. The background is very nice, and I love the shadows and lighting you did. It looks very much like the shading style of the movie. It also sets a more intimate mood... even if there is a kid not too far away XD

Thank you, Wifey! i just felt the the picture needed a background. but then the background somehow became very complicated. I even had to relook through the movie to find references of the walls and stuff. Not that I'm complaining, it let me rewatch the movie. Fun times, fun times.
