James and the Giant Peach - Miss Spider, Earthworm, and CicelyWELL NOW...Just some fanart I did for the contest is having. It was to draw their fanchild with their parents. Personally, I really wanted to see the kid interact with Miss Spider, since Cicely seems to always show up with her dad-- Centipede. I also threw in Earthworm in here...Because, admit it, him having his fantasies about being Batworm is both cute AND hilarious. And the fact he has Cicely as his sidekick is adorable.
Speaking of which...Miss Franki...I am mad at you. I searched all through your gallery for a color reference of what Cicely's Robin outfit looked like...And there was NOTHING. THIS IS NOT COOL. So, instead, I made something up. Hope that's okay.

I had been contemplating, since seeing your journal about the contest, about what I would draw. And every time my mind would jump to the Cicely and Earthworm teamups--because in all honesty those are my favorite, when it comes to your character. I adore the silliness she seems to bring out of him. He's a good uncle figure. And Miss Spider HAD to be involved! I like the idea that she finds the make-believe between the two to be adorable. And I bet she can't help but think "Ma chère petite, she gets it from her father...Full of stories."
