Darkwing Duck - Megavolt

Whatever the situation, he'd gathered all the fruits of his labours and headed up to the rooftop for some peace and quiet so that he could count the bolts and be totally sure he had the right number. And after trying four times, and getting through the whole pile only once, he'd come up short.

He had an idea it was that pigeon's fault. It was definitely the pigeon's fault that he'd had to count four times, that was for sure. Megavolt didn't know what had attracted the dumb bird to his head in the first place, but once it had decided to perch on his hat, it wouldn't be dissuaded. No amount of shouting, threatening, or bribery would get it to leave him alone; he'd even tried distracting it, but it hadn't seemed to believe him when he'd said he'd seen a very beautiful lady pigeon on the next roof over.

Act II, part one- My Kingdom For a Double-Plait Bolt!

Woke up at 4 am, from a migraine, and have been trying to go back to sleep since. Around six am I tried doodling out bits from the following scene. (Seeeee, I'm reading it!) Trying to get myself to draw...But it's not working out so well... Being sick sucks.

Buuut, besides the point. Whyyyy did it take me so long to eventually start reading stories about Beth? I've loved the character even before I read it. But now Beth is twice as adorable! And Zeb does a GREAT job keeping everybody in character! I've been laughing a LOT. And if you haven't read it yet, I recommend that you do!

And off tyopic...Full House wasn't funny when I was a kid...And it's not funny now. UGH! Going to try to catch some more Z's. If sleep doesn't come, I'll probably go read more Webfoot Chronicles instead~
