I had the idea long ago when the RPG Maker XP came out and i must say i still like it! In this short tutorial you can see how everything works as long as you got you'r own copy of "RPG Maker XP" to start. This works only if you add some pictures in the folder "PROJECTNAME/Graphics/Pictures" to use it. Good Luck!
