This is beautiful! Is it fractal art? What is it about if anything? I would like to know more.

Its like a cloud, I see many things in here, but the strongest for me is an old red bearded wizard peering at me from under his hat with his one good eye.

You picked a good title, because you can tell there is something with a pulse moving here, but it's hard to put a finger on. It is truly up to the eye of the beholder what you see here.

Stunning! Of all the photographs I have seen on deviantART yours is the first I have taken time to make a comment. Could you comment on how you created "beholder"?

Apophysis, as it's stated in the comment.
You open the application and play with the transforms in the transform editor. 8)

Was that irony? I mean, I'm pleased that I could help you. But I guess you don't have to be ecstatic since there are way better Apophysis artists around than me.
Creating an image like the one above shouldn't be that hard. I recommend reading [link] and [link] - they helped me alot with understanding how Apo works.

VERY Cool!! I love how it kind of reminds me of space in a way. Very gorgeous and well deserving of a DD! The colors really draw me in, along with the shapes of the lines. The way it looks like it's in a frame really brings everything together! Great work! Hard to believe this is digital, and not traditional! Looks a lot like an oil painting or something of the likes to me. Congrats!!!

Oh, now that I look again, it kind of also reminds me of a Phoenix rebirthing. With all the pretty colors and interesting shapes. Would look EPIC on a t-shirt!!!!!
