Info: Lizzie Ledoux worked on the janitorial staff in the same research lab as Amanda Praxton, the girl who would be known as the villain Top Shelf. Lizzie took advantage of Amanda's soft spoken nature and what she saw as inferior intelligence. Wanting more out of life than simply cleaning floors, Lizzie convinced her to steal a keycard from one of the scientists so that the two could sneak into the lab after hours.

The two broke in hoping to steal a formula that would give them increased abilities, Lizzie promising her workmate that she would share. She had no intention of splitting anything and double-crossed her. In the ensuing scuffle, Ledoux knocked Amanda into a table exposing her to a combination of unstable chemicals while she got awy with her prize. The formula she partook of gave her increased intelligence with many mental based abilities. She now has the head to match her overblown ego.

Trivia:
*In addition to the formula she also stole the intelligence changer, a device that can increase or decrease the mental capacity of anyone the blast hits. She can also use it to use the sapped intelligence to increase her own.
*Her armor and clothing are made of psionic constructs.
