The Son attacks Revan and he deflects the first attack with his lightsaber.
Revan will soon realize he cannot defeat him using only the lightsaber. An Epic Force Battle will begin.

In the original concepts for the Episode "Ghosts of Mortis". Revan appear as Force Ghosts but was discarded. (www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFvj02…
That means that Revan knew of Mortis and The Ones. This personal fan art represent that hypothetical moment when The Son meets Revan many years ago before The Clone Wars events

What if the son of mortis...not that awful Darth sidious rip off from the old Republic mmo was the one who turned revan to the dark side and he was "the true sith" that kreia was talking about

See, never only look at one side of the Force. To understand it, you must embrace both at the same time - The clarity and wisdom of the light, the power and knowledge of the Dark. The ability to do anything through the balance; the dark giving the conviction to the task and the light to guide you through it. The ability to erase the galaxy with the darkness, and the light's strength to have the restraint not to.
It might not be the true Grey Jedi code, but it certainly has the groundwork.

What? Nope. The attack of the Son was immediately, why Use the Force for absorb or deflect the first attack when he already has the Saber ignited (see the part one) and can used as advantage in this particular moment.... On this idea Revan didn't know what kind of creature/entity (etc) confronts.

Because It permit to enmagazinate a part of the son power, and increase Revan power (remember sith side the enter in the council in SWtOR and TJedi Knigth academmy absorbtion.)

I really love how this piece has two focal points- the lightsaber is what you see first, then your eye travels up the lightning to see the piercing eyes of The Son. Badass.

They can't. The ones of Mortis are above everyone.

Anakin killed both the Son and the Father in the final episode of the Mortis Arc.

The Father killed himself with the dagger of Mortis to stop the Son, which removed his powers which enabled him to be killed. Anakin was only able to kill the son when he had lost his powers and was mourning his father.

That and Anakin was able to tame both the Son and Daughter. He could very well break their will if he set his mind to it.

He was not able to tame them. He kept them at bay but it took everything in him to do it so he could not break their will only keep them at bay for a time. It was also a test set up by the Father to find out if Anakin was the chosen one. The Son casually defeats Anakin multiple times after that. This is also Anakin the chosen one who is far above Revan. Luke could not do this either because he is not the chosen one. As the Father said only the chosen one could do that.
