Description
Samus has once again fallen victim to an unseen foe. Her armor lays scattered too far for her to reach, and damaged beyond repair regardless. What little of it that remains attached has ignited from the inside out, severely burning her. She looks up as her offscreen enemy begins charging up a final attack. Despite the agonizing burns spreading up her arm, she attempts to raise her cannon to defend herself, but it completely useless.

I would have liked the lighting in this picture to be a bit more dynamic, but I couldn't quite figure out how to make a convincing looking extremely blue light, as the supposed "attack" charging up is meant to look blue. I may be using this in a future quick drawing, with her helmet upside down and cracked, and this image mirrored in her visor.
