Well, this sketch was started nearly a year ago... *chuckle* that tells you how busy I've been! But it's morphed a lot since I sketched it. You see, I scanned it, tweaked it, transformed it... and it became this!!

I was going for realistic fog, an ACCURATE lair gate, good shading on the hair, but most importantly, conquering one of the most challenging tasks with my cartoon style.... having Erik's arm wrapped around Christine's neck!! It's SUPER difficult (or HAS been) to draw that pose, and now I did it! If some features look even a tad bit stretched, PLEASE don't tell me because that's the best "compromise" I could come up with!! XD

Also, I last-minute decided to name this peice "I Can't Breathe" although it was originally going to be simply titled "Intoxication" or "Floating, Falling..." but everyone knows those lyrics. The reason? Not just that, but also that I just discovered this amazing song.... (literally JUST discovered it, at RANDOM on youtube! [why do I keep using CAPS?] it's "should be loved" by Blue October. Call me a recluse, but I'd never even heard of this band before. ) So now the "I Can't breathe when you're around" is the title, because, yeah. Just go listen to the song!!!
