POTO Meme!!I've wanted to do this for about a year, and FINALLY I've decided to sit down and do it... on photoshop!
Okay, so... this only took me like, an hour... and the style is very sketchy. But kinda cute.

So tell me, how you did the coloring on this one? Did you first draw the dark lines, and then go over it with a higher level of transparency in color?

Well, this was done on photoshop. Now that we've got that down, I just colored underneath the dark lines layer, using light tones. I didn't set the opacity any lower than 100%...

thanks! I knew I wasn't going to get very detailed for this peice, so I chose very pastel-y shades, as you described.
