A request made by: ! I hope you enjoy! This was really a fun drawing to work on!I was just reading this part in the book from "Apollo's Lyre" (Chapter 7) and it gave me loads of inspiration. I know it's not ENTIRELY accurate... Erik's supposed to be keeping Christine steady on the horse as Cesar walks onward, unguided. But I didn't think that looked as cute as my interpretation of the scene. I also noted that there was no mention of a fedora in this scene... correct me if I'm wrong. So... I hope I mostly did the book justice.

Gah, there are so many cute scenes from the book... I love the whole trip down to his lair. He goes from violence to extreme tenderness in, like, two seconds. It's kind of adorable...
