Description
This piece took an eternity to finish but that background is propably the best I've done so far ; A ; Gotta keep improving though since there's still lots of things I want to learn to draw.
Also I've never before drawn a person riding a horse with all the riding equipment at least. It took some time to get things as accurate as I could but I'm glad I went the extra mile. Now I just want to draw more pictures like these xD

Some fan art about Lisa and Starshine from Starshine Legacy/Star Stable Online. This is loosely based on my favorite (and most feared) level from the first SSL game, the level where the Dark Rider is chasing Lisa and Starshine. I used to be afraid of it but now it's the most exciting and memorable level to me The scene in this piece takes place right after Lisa and Starshine managed to run away from the Dark Rider and are approaching the magic circle (or whatever it was called xD), stars guiding their way until they are safe.

I wish I could make pieces like this about all the four Soul Riders and their horses too. It would be like a tribute or something to the series because I've realized, now that I'm older, how remarkable this game was to me. It was the first horse game I've played that didn't focus on simulation but was an adventure game full of mystery and it had a unique art style. Seriously, we need more cartoony/stylized horse characters!
