Inusually don't like these sort of images anymore. Perhaps I have seen too many of them. But this one is really really nice.

I have no idea if this was what you intended, but a little while back my room mate asked me why the picture was called Sequence Cut. At the time I honestly didn't know, but we debated over it and came to see the picture first as a interpretation of a segment of film. Then we though that the cables looked more like audio tracks. So now we see the picture as a representation of the audio being edited in a film segment.
Like I said, I have no idea if that's what you intended, but I though you would be interested to see where we went with it.
Keep up the good work! Your artwork makes awesome desktop backgrounds.

I actually have this set as my wallpaper on my computer at school. I picked it simply because it took my breath away, but for some whacked out reason the people who stop by my console seem to thing that this has something to do with Pirates of the Caribbean... I can't figure that one out.

i would have liked to see something that changes the normal pattern.. perhaps some realism in the background

I think this already have something that changes the normal pattern, and that is 'concept'. First this piece should become a collaboration with music. The guy who should do the music become sick and stuff so i wanted to create a piece that was full of melody, very dynamic and full of detail. I think it turned out good for my self. Most of the abstract works here on devianart art just renders with an lightsource. You can trust me when i say, im spending more time on making concepts and sketches then overall 'image-producing' time.

sorry about the nitpicking.. just thought that this one is way better than the random ones and is missing somthing very small to make it exteme art (again.. to me).
