A commission forTravis, while I thank you for the continued support of my artwork, I feel I must ask you to make any future commissions feature less than eight characters in a large group shot. Or at least characters I'm familiar with!
*laughs* Joking aside, I hope you enjoy this.

It's quite refreshing to see a brand new take on Detritus the Troll.. who looks less Rocky than his Golem friend standing next to him

Ha! It only makes sense that each Watchman (and Watchwoman) would have their own zany, unique style of cartoon appearence, due to the colorful unique-ness that Pratchett gives them in the books. Believe me, Matt; I couldn't appreciate this more than I already do, though I'll be darned if I'm not tryin'! I realize I gave you a pretty tall order; I guess I should've asked if you had read Men at Arms and Feet of Clay before I made the order and payed you. 
But to sum up my thoughts, I'll just say that this picture is freaking awesome, Terry Pratchett himself would surely be proud of the justice you've done to his characters, I really hope that you're feeling better, and I'll try to make any future commissions much less difficult/crowded for ya.

*laughs* I'm glad you like it and I'm really not upset with you. But, yes, it would be nice to have commissions with characters that I know. Or at least characters that have already been drawn enough times by other people that I can easily put my own spin on them! Hehe.

Great job Matt, they were all instantly recognisable, except Cheery of course who I had to make sure wasn't Cuddy or somebody but that's kind of the whole point.
Nobby looks like he came straight out of Ed, Edd & Eddy!

*laughs* He does have a sort of Ed, Edd, n Eddy resemblance, doesn't he? I was going for sort of a Barney Gumble kind of appearance, but either works.
