Halloween Countdown #5Today the spotlight falls on the most iconic villains from my favorite television series, Mystery Science Theater 3000: Dr. Clayton Forrester and TV's Frank. This picture also features one of my favorite Invention Exchanges - a giant box designed like an Operation game in which Dr. Forrester places the hapless Frank and characteristically tortures him by attempting to remove his various organs.
Okay, I know how disgusting that sounds if you've never seen MST3K, but trust me, the show was incredibly silly and cartoony. It was funny. Just take my word for it.

My parents loved that show, since they were born in Minnesota. Sadly, I never got into it until a year after the final rerun aired.

Check out the official MST3K and Rhino Home Video websites. Although the entire series hasn't been put onto DVD yet. My collection primarily consists of episodes procured via recording the show on television and tape trading.
