Hehe... Reminds me of that episode where Mr. Krabs goes to the hospital, leaving Squidward in charge, and Squidward leaves Spongebob in charge of everything while he ditches work. Then he has a thought bubble of Spongebob giving Patrick a very severe incorrect amount in change.

I just like the drawing style in Squidward's thought bubble in that episode in that it portrays Spongebob and Patrick as stupid, what with the tongues sticking out and the bummed out imbecilic expressions. This is a lot like it.
