wrong.... since it's megavolts it would probably vaporize them and probably charge the air and ground killing the shooter as well. The rest of that 10 bil has to go somewhere O.O. Now if it was volts they would explode.

There is always moisture in the air. In most cases it's not possible, but due to such an immense amount of electricity some may charge the air if the shot of electricity from the gun isn't focused. Then it would travel through the moisture in the air and fry anything with an opposite charge. Also electricity is attracted to the earths charge so it will go straight through the target into the ground, but since there is so much electricity it may be attracted to the charge of the shooter from the ground theoretically. Basically just too much electricity for anyone to handle.

Sweet design, very futuristic, but streamlined and rather practical-looking. I wouldn't really know, as I don't know much about firearms, but that's my take on it.

the handle indeed is uncomrtable. i just didnt feel forced to stick to human deisgn. si i thought it just may stand as a future gun for all races including aliens 
and there is no sight the gun is pretty unaccurate
