Also; in OoT, Deku Tree asked Link to join him and help him. In TP, it's the villagers that indirectly asked Link to fetch Ilia back (in real, it was Mayor, Ilia's father, who asked him to do so). In Skyward Sword, it was Zelda's father that tasked Link to get Zelda back, which went through the whole game just to get Zelda back.
Now, Breath of the Wild - it's HYRULE, the planet, not people, that asked Link to helping it clean up the mess.
Hence what I meant - the people didn't ask Link anymore. Perhaps in next LoZ; it would be the star that could asking Link to helpin- oh, wait.

This is really nice! It also shows the stark contrast between the past Zelda games compared to BotW. In terms of origin, it feels really dark even compared to Link's Awakening when he woke up alone (at least he was out in the sun there). Really makes me curious as to when the game takes place in the timeline, especially seeing all those ruins of Hyrule as he travelled in the demo >v>'

I guess the game takes place before the original Legend of Zelda, but after Ocarina of Time / Majora's Mask. I'm not too sure, but something I realized is that the shaders are like Wind Waker's, only upgraded.
Also, if this happens to be after the most recent mainstream game (Whatever it may be, and since I'm not into LoZ, I wouldn't know that), then I would say that Link came to be there by some means of magic teleportation. But I'm going to guess it's before the original Legend of Zelda, and even though he has his signature green tunic / hat in MM / OoT (Which I would say, because of Young Link, they come before the original Legend of Zelda chronologically), it also could be that he has casual clothes like in Wind Waker and swapped his green tunic and hat for just a casual Hylian Shirt, and then something happened to wherever he was living at the time of the game's (Just Breath of the Wild, not the series) beginning.
I have VERY complex stuff in mind. XD

No actually he found someone right away, im more looking at the first Legend of Zelda game, he woke up alone, yes he did meet the old man but he never stays with you, in that game you dont meet many people its close to none

Oh! I don't recall in the first game that Link woke up from any kind of slumber in the first game. Although I was referring to the end of Link's Awakening. So maybe there was a bit of confusion there.
