OH yeah, it does.

I'll start from the top here.

The violin is the symbol for music. (and music is my example of an obsession)

The chains show how we are stuck to that obsession even if we don't want to be at times. (kinda like a bad habbit)

The hands symbolize your want for that obsession, like how the hands are reaching out for the music.
