Yeah, I'm even tired of my own pictures. Not to mention that I don't have time for them anymore. I thought I'd take a break from posting concert shots.... but there's more to come.
I got my friend, Chris, to put his hand on the wire.
High ISO causing the grain. Added contrast to an over-exposed shot. Nothing too interesting.

graphically, it works very well. But It seems to be still lacking something. I wish I knew what.

Maybe it doesn't have enough of an object. I was thinking if maybe there was a flag in the backround. That would be cool. I'm not sure. Maybe if I added some text to it. Thanks for the comment.

Haha, thanks. I know this might sound stupid, but I meant to add the grian. I set my ISO super high so this shot will look more "retro". I kind of like that look in some shots. But yeah, most people like the super clear and crisp shots.

no, i often like grain, i could see that u meant it- but i guess it separated the hand from the wire too much. yeah- if there were other midtones in the shot that could pick up the graininess, i think it would work better. sry i don't mean 2 be beating up on it, i kno u weren't rly asking 4 it on this 1. just some thoughts. *hopeful grin*

i would be ecxited to see another version! you could even do them w/ diff themes, like Mexican revolution, slave rebellions, Holocaust, etc. People would love that. They'd eat it up. ok well I would

excellent composition, very powerful and effective.
There is a true, deep meaning in this shot.
I don't like the high contrast, but it's only my tastes. You know I'm more into subtle greyshades
