Just something I started working on recently.
I wanted to try a rainy drawing so I figured why not use Windy? She's storm based after all, maybe she planned this rainy day? (eh thats not really her type of power) But still! I just wanted to draw her with one of my favorite characters from the game.
Cagney is by far my favorite boss fight (King Dice in a close second)
I just all around like this character. What really won me over with him is when over 9000 levels of super saiyan in his final stage of fighting. There's just something about I like about the idea of "evil" flowers of plants.

A weird fact for ya, for the longest time I thought his name was "Cagey" not "Cagney" so every time I talked about this character I called him Cagey and no one who I meant, I felt dumb at the mistake but I pinned "Cagey" as a nickname for this character.
