I was inspired by that Simpsons episode where Homer becomes the Safety Salamander, in a scene where the costume's tail moves on its own.

I want to gripe how her tail isn't supposed to be prehensile, but god DAMN this is just too damn gorgeous to nitpick!

Why wouldn't it be prehensile? Sure, real Cheetah tails aren't, but she's super-strong as it, I'm sure something as light as that sign wouldn't be too much hassle. Or is it that her tail simply shouldn't be flexible enough?
