Happy Halloween! Just when I wanted to post this and not a day later. This piece. This reference sheet right here. I worked very hard on this and I feel so damn proud about it! I know I said I'd include alternate outfits and expressions in the colored version, but if that were the case, we would not be seeing this today. Sorry, I guess I'll have to put those in another picture.

Name: Lizbelle Margaret
- Nicknames: Liz, Lizzy, sweetie.

Age: 10 years

Gender: Female

Appearance: Liz is a young witch of darkness with red hair, pale skin, green eyes, freckles on her face and a visible, sharp fang coming out of her mouth. Like most dark witches, she likes dressing in gothic/dark clothes and orange, but she has other outfits. However, she can be mostly seen wearing a black dress with orange frills and stripe and a red ribbon on the chest, brown boots, white gloves, a black witch hat with a golden buckle and a characteristic curl on the tip and a black cape with an orange stripe and a golden medallion. This cape is like a safety blanket for her when she sleeps.

Personality: Ever cheerful and energetic. Liz is a curious child who won't hesitate to offer her hand in friendship. She can't for the life of her hate anybody in particular and may be a little too trusting too quickly. She may be smart, but she's naive and gullible. However, she can be stubborn at times, especially when she's in a grumpy mood.

Backstory: Born from another witch of darkness who was persecuted by humans for discrimination against mages, her mother had to leave the town she lived in to try and find a safe place to stay, all while being chased by the townspeople with pitchforks, torches and dogs. In the forest at the outskirts of said town, where a renowned witch of light was said to live, the mother stumbled upon an old, humble but welcoming house. She knocked on the door desperately, but there was no answer. She started hearing the barks of the dogs and screams of the villagers; she had to act fast. The witch put the baby, wrapped in a black cloak, right at the doorstep and left a note after knocking the door a couple more times. Seeing the door wasn't budging, she saw she had no choice. The witch ran far from the house, leaving the baby behind. Once she considered she was far enough, she cast a fire spell to make a beacon and give her position away in an attempt to lead the crowd to her so Liz would be safe. The witch was never heard of again, thus, Liz never knew her. When the townspeople were all gone, the door to the mysterious house opened, from which came out an old woman. The woman saw the baby on the ground and recognized her as a dark witch, so she took the infant in. She read the note, which said: "Please, take care of my dear Lizbelle." Crawling down from the ceiling, a spider heard the woman with their new guest. From then on, she swore to take care of the little witch with her life. Nowadays, Liz lives peacefully in the house in the woods with Granny, Charlotte and Lucius, convinced that Granny is her grandmother.

Weapons and Abilities:
- Magic Spells: Liz, as a witch of darkness, has the innate ability to cast offensive and destructive spells. However, she's a lover more than a fighter. She can cast fire, ice and lightning spells, levitate objects and transform them and shape shift into a few nocturnal animals, but she's still learning, so her abilities are limited.
- Magic Wand: One of the many wands Granny possesses and has used. This small wand is a perfect fit for a young learning mage like Liz; it helps her channel her magic powers and has an emerald embedded on the bottom.
- Flying Broom: Liz can use a magic-infused broom to fly through the sky. She's... still practicing.
- She also happens to be a strong lucid dreamer, which is how she met Dawn multiple times.

Likes: her family, Dawn, venturing into the woods, nighttime, pumpkins, spiders, cats (Lucius, at least), cookies, the color orange, watching Charlotte spin her webs, learning with Granny, daydreaming, Autumn.

Dislikes: Raisins (they try to pass off as chocolate chips! D:<), waking up early (to be added)
