Description I gave Arbenet a Halloween costume , so naturally, I should give my already Halloween themed little witch one too! One that is significantly less ridiculous and nowhere near as fabulous... And because I'm in love with A Hat in Time, I dressed Liz up as Hat Kid. Seriously, even tho I haven't played that game I WANT IT SO BAD. IT LOOKS WAY TOO FUN TO MISS OUT ON.

Anyway... here's Liz dressed up as Hat Kid. An adorable girl dressed up as another adorable girl. It just fits too well! Tho Liz is twice Hat Kid's age... eh, details.
Here's a question for you guys: between this shading style and the one used in the previous picture (check link), which one do you prefer? Is there something to one that the other one doesn't have?

Hat Kid and A Hat in Time belong to Gears for Breakfast
Liz belongs to me

Honestly, I like both shading styles, and either could work depending on the mood you're going for in a picture. The hard lines would probably have more impact in darker, grittier pictures for example, while the softer shadows would lend themselves well to pictures that are more calm and friendly. ^v^
