I finally made something new, after a long creative drought. This new isn't Steampunk like I wanted to do, but I'll try and do one next time around. I honestly couldn't come up with anything new. Obviously heavily inspired from Dave McKean (whom is my favorite artist). But I want to get the stock photo credit going first and foremost. The blood, sky and tree stock photos are from and the lovely hand is from . I'm very happy with the outcome on this piece. I've actually been wanting to do something like this for a while. Very nicely done!! I love how the colors are so bold. This might sound strange but i love how they go with the sharp edges of the tree. But anyway.. Very beautiful!
