Description
This is my desktop.....It's Fedora Core 6 on an AMD Athlon 1.2GHZ processor.
And I'm very happy with it....
I'm free from that corporation that shall-not-be-named-for-fear-of-a-libel-suit.
Or other kind of suit thereof.
Anyway, I'll probably post another smaller one, this is my first deviation in a while and....
When did they change the submission process?

They changed it a quite long tie ago
Did you see beryl project (I don't know exactly how to write it) it seems to be a very well designed front end for Linux. Some say Beryl is even better then Gnome/KDE when talking about style

Yeah, I actually watched a demo of it yesterday, and I fully believe it will be better when talking about style! But it takes such powerful hardware, the computer running the demo I watched was running a 3 GHZ 64 bit processor, 2 GB Memory and a Raedon 3800 video card......
I would be in major debt if I tried to get equipment like that!

A friend told it could run in a much older hordware than that used in the presentation... I did not looked up for more information to know more about that anyway

Maybe.... one would think it would be really choppy though, but who knows? I certainly don't, but from what I've seen of the demo, it looks really hardware intensive. Very interesting program though, I'm going to have to look it up I guess.
