P E R S O N A L I T Y ||
♥ Stealthy + When you don't make any noise, you end up being pretty darn stealthy. He can sneak up on just about any cat and pounce on them before they even realize he's missing.
♥ Intelligent + Silentnight spends a lot of time in his own head, and has learned a lot from his observing over the moons. He's usually quick to come up with an idea, and is always having to think of new ways to communicate with other cats.
♥ Good listener +/- It comes with being quiet, but Silentnight is a spectacular listener. You'll never have to repeat yourself twice around him, but he'll also catch whatever you try to mutter under your breath so watch out.
♥ Protective +/- Determined not to lose another cat he cares for, Silentnight is fiercely protective. Even flicking the ear of his friend could result in an angry ball of fur hurling himself at you. He may not be the best fighter in the Clan, but he definitely puts in maximum effort.
♥ Antisocial - Besides his brother, Silentnight isn't really intersted in socializing with other cats. It's hard for him to get his point across, and most cats don't bother to try and understand his different ways of communicating.
♥ Jealous - Not used to sharing affection, Silentnight is a cat that can easily become jealous. He tries not to act on his jealousy, but it does affect him more than he lets on.

Other Information ||
● Has a hobby of rock collecting. Silentnight enjoys collecting stones of all shapes and sizes, and has a small pile hidden near the nursery.
● When he wants to be alone, he likes to walk alone around the territory and just listen to the nature.
● Prefers to avoid eye-contact with other cats if he can.
● If he really tried, he could maybe make a squeaky noise, but other than that he is completely mute.

H I S T O R Y
Kithood || When he was born, Silentkit didn't make any noise. At first the medicine cat was worried that he was dead, but his wriggling proved otherwise. His mother thought nothing of the strange occurance and simply named him Silentkit. His brother, Dapplekit, immedietely seemed to be his opposite in every way. Where Silentkit stayed quiet, his brother quickly took up the task of talking for the both of them, translating for his mute brother. Silentkit's mother seemed to catch on to her son's unique way of communicating, but their time together was cut short when she became infected with a sickness and couldn't recover. After their mother's death, Silentkit became even more reclusive, and tended to socialize with his brother exclusively. Since their father died before their birth, the two brothers spent a lot of time by themselves in the nursery until their apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship || Silentpaw was worried about being an apprentice. It meant he had to spend a lot of time away from his brother for hunting and training, and he had trouble telling his mentor about his concerns. The other Clan cats tended to think Silentpaw was just quiet, but he couldn't talk even if he wanted to. Slowly but surely, the other cats started to notice this, and some started to avoid him to prevent awkward encounters. He remained close with his brother and the two spent time together whenever they could. Dapplepaw was making many new friends, and Silentpaw found himself becoming jealous of the other cats taking his brothers attention. After some reflection he managed to tamp down his envy in order for his brother to be happy, but he still feels twinges of it from time to time.

Warrior Life || He was named Silentnight during his warrior ceremony, alongside his brother, Dappleshine. Despite his fears, his brother stayed close to him and continued to translate Silentnight's needs to others. He spends a lot of his time lurking in the shadows and watching other cats interect, and on a really good day he'll bat around a moss ball with some kits if they aks nicely.
