Kovu here is a ROCKET-HIDEOUT exclusive adopt, meaning only people in Rocket-Hideout may try out for him!

He is also special in the fact that he will be the adopted child of General Tseng, so he'll be coming in with a dad and three older siblings to keep in mind!

Kovu's personality will be up to whoever adopts him, and I'll be working together with them to create a bio they like for how he came to join the Hideout and get adopted!

Please keep in mind Kovu here will be viable for an Adopt Slot, or a normal character slot only! He cannot be used in a Nursery Slot!

RULES:
- If you want to adopt Kovu, please let me know if you ever have plans to retire him or leave the group! If you do retire him, I will take the character back from you to either use for myself or to adopt back out to someone else.
- When/If you ever choose to evolve them or make any major changes I'd love a heads up or a look at the new design before you make if official~
- As always, if you don't win the tryouts don't be upset or harass those that do!
