Got tired of my art looking crummy. So I made this C:Winter was really rough on me this year, and I'm ready to be happier and put more effort into what I do.
Dandelion has very little idea of what's going on in the real world. Here he is with his friends, discussing swamp politics with Mr Snake. Ms Beaver and Crow enjoy their discussions, and will chime in if Mr Snake starts being mean again(he has a temper, but is trying to be better about it). The deer in the background wants to join the little group, but is really shy and is afraid to say something, she'll come around in time though.

Nice little enviroment out in the swamp! I really enjoy the close foreground and the details you put into the background. The main thing I think you can improve when doing little enviroments like this is thinking about creating an "atmosphere" and creating "space". To do this think about how you seee things in real life up close vs far away. Assuming you have normal eye-sight or correctional lenses the world up close is CLEAR, CRISP, SATURATED, AND BIG (normal size), things far away are BLURRY, DEsaturated, and small. You want things in the background to fade into the mass - so that the eye understands they are farther away and not juuust small.

This is really nice; I like the detail you've put into all the different parts (background, foreground, etc).
