Description
Well seems like Chibiusa has started changing the sailor scouts starting with her "daughter" who is now literally her daughter while still keeping her name, Chibiusa definitely made her more of a brat compared to before though now can be swayed by candy and sweets, she also now has powers to control earth (as in the ground not the planet XD), she often uses her candy cane as part of her attacks as well.
