Description
When Mr Chuck Jones passed away, it was obvious that a series of tributes would follow.Mr Jones' work was an inspiration for me since I was a kid so I wanted to imitate his style for our comic book tribute.
I spent a while watching his old cartoons and sketches for this.

its professional looking work for sure, but I would say it looks more like the 'corporate' WB characters than Jones style drawings, just my opinion. Take a look at CJ's limited edition cels that were hand inked by Jones himself to see how his characters evolved in his later years... they had a sketchy-ness to them...

I was one of his many 'unknown students'. I like how he used just expressions. Everything from a frustrated look or a raised eyebrow can change your whole escenario.
